age is the predictable wear and tear of your body
ageing is the process where you allow the bulb of your mind to be shrouded by layers of trivialities
obscuring your original light,all you see is shadows
their fear is what you live in
and hence you grow into a layery,hairy onion
capable only of giving others tears,while being shredded itself
remove the layers and destroy the shadows !
although age will kill , but ageing will certainly not let you live
more than the ability to understand dwarfed and gigantic views of the project landscape,
a not so ordinary leader,demonstrates an ability to smoothly traverse between these views
while being consistently transparent about the level she is operating at.
a great leader goes beyond all this and takes her people along,on a ride,from one level to another & back,
skillfully negotiating the giant’s ego and the dwarf’s aspirations.
Those years,which now seem like a convoluted coil of confusion and foolhardiness ,back then made perfect sense….actually both prespectives howsoever antagonistic are mirror images,
of,you,the protagnist…
leadership is usually not about bringing the door down from it’s tethers
it is usually about persistently,calmly,surely,instinctively knocking on the door
so that she greets you with an embrace
and there is an open door for others to follow in
fuck self help. you know what really helps ?
kill joy
whenever i feel decent or decently happy,i get suspicious
i suspect that i have advanced & ventured too far into the timeline of middle age
and am about to die as a result of the progress that i have made
i then proceed to find every needle of joy that i can find in that haystack
and kill it
after that,i feel solace
it is far better,believe me
avoid,so like me
avoid,islands of competence
avoid, survival for another day
avoid,volunteer-ism
avoid, win win
avoid,carrots
provide,working styles
provide,evolution
provide,learning and across functions
provide,opportunities scantly dressed
provide,grow grow
provide,fearlessness
Is a continuous path of discovery
You need to discover calm amidst the chaos
And chaos beneath the apparent calm
If you do this consistently,without bias and prejudice
people will trust and follow you….
i torpedoed out of the maddening crowd..leaving my trails as little sprouts…little squares..4 of them..a complete array…spread as a spectrum..for all to see and awe at…

hollow eyed & open mouthed
decimated she was,was not a surprise to me
her will had it’s way? finally ?,was what i mused instead
there was nectar,air and water
all elements favorable and aplenty
still in their vicinity she lay
missing her soul and brandishing her carcass
surely she had had her way….
the room smells of balloons
it is full of celebrations
the room gives me migraines
it is full of laughter
the room is full of water & is plenty with land
each one of us,on our own land separated by the waters of friendly isolation….
